Dear *|FNAME|*

November is the month of Thanksgiving...a time to commemorate, celebrate and appreciate the bountiful blessings of God’s loving gifts of family, friends, provisions, and yes, a smorgasbord of home-cooked southern dishes. Amidst the bounty of deliciously seasoned food, we must not only be grateful as we share among our loved ones, but we must be mindful and prayerful for those who do not have access to warm food, clothing, shelter and/or family. Perhaps each of us can find an opportunity to extend the love of Christ to someone who can benefit from something that we can offer as we are reminded in Acts 20:35 that we "ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, particularly when He said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"

I also want to give special recognition for the 10 year anniversary of WOWWI which was first introduced as a mere vision that quickly came into fruition at a Women of Worth & Worship (WOWW) Conference held at Calvary Community Church in Hampton in October 2007. And I especially honor my husband and pastor, Bishop L. W. Francisco III, who will be celebrating his 60th birthday on November 14th. Lastly, LaMarse Webb gives her perspective of participating in courses offered by the Women of Worth & Worship Institute (WOWWI).

My heart overflows with gratitude to God for every friend of WOWW, LLC. Your love, prayers, and support in participating in courses offered by WOWWI, as well as the purchasing of WOWW cosmetics, Principles of Leadership series, CDs and my books, have allowed me to serve as a blessing to many. May the spirit of Thanksgiving reign in your hearts daily as God grants to you all that you need and desire to serve Him gratefully and others generously.

Sincerely,

Dr. Natalie A. Francisco

Dr. Natalie & WOWWI Celebrate Our 10th Anniversary

The number 10 has special significance according to biblical references. In scripture, the number 10 is used 242 times. The designation "10th" is used 79 times. Ten is also viewed as a complete and perfect number, as is 3, 7 and 12. It is made up of 4, the number of the physical creation, and 6, the number of man. As such, it signifies testimony, law, responsibility and the completeness of order.

The phrase "God said" can be found 10 times in Genesis chapter 1, which is a testimony of His creative power. God gave the 10 Commandments to mankind. Ten, therefore, represents mankind's responsibility to keep the commandments. Other references to the number 10 include the tithe which is a 10th of our earnings and is a testimony of our faith in God, and the Passover lamb being selected on the 10th day of the 1st month (Exodus 12:3) as was Jesus, the Lamb that takes away the sins of the world (John 12:28 - 29; 1 Corinthians 5:7).

Because the number 10 is especially significant, it is fitting to commemorate that October 2017 marked the 10 year anniversary of the Women of Worth & Worship Institute whose mission of “Mentoring Women of Worth & Worship for Kingdom Living & Giving” has spanned the globe. For the past 10 years, WOWWI has offered onsite and online 8-week sessions for students enrolled; introduced diversified products to include books, WOWWI Cosmetics and CDs literally sold to thousands; annual WOWW conferences; WOWWI Lady Pastor Retreats; a WOWWI Bahama Mama Cruise; Principles of Leadership seminars; weekly women’s bible studies; and several speaking engagements held at churches, colleges and other organizations featuring Dr. Natalie A. Francisco and WOWW, LLC’s products and services. Additionally, WOWW, LLC has been able to support many charitable organizations and provide scholarships for women to enroll in any 8-week session of their choice offered by WOWWI for the past 10 years because of the generous giving of our supporters. For every past, present and future blessing, we are truly appreciative. Happy 10th anniversary to Dr. Natalie and WOWWI!

Dr. Natalie Supports AHA's 2017 Hampton Roads Heart Walk

I will be participating in the American Heart Association’s 2017 Hampton Roads Heart Walk at Mt. Trashmore in Virginia Beach on Saturday, November 4th along with other C3 Team Members. Life is Why! My brother, Gregory Lamont Gatling, died on January 19, 2016 (the day after my birthday) after succumbing to congestive heart failure which was brought on by sarcoidosis. Please join me in supporting the American Heart Association in memory of my brother Greg and others who have suffered from heart disease!

I’m not just walking. I’m Heartwalking. My participation in Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. Bishop L. W. Francisco III Celebrates His 60th Birthday

I am blessed beyond measure to be married to my best friend who loves and cares for me and our family in ways too numerous to name. His attributes as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather (aka “Papa”), Bishop and Pastor are best portrayed in 1 Timothy 3:1-5 (New Living Translation): "This is a trustworthy saying: “If someone aspires to be an elder, he desires an honorable position. So an elder must be a man whose life is above reproach. He must be faithful to his wife. He must exercise self-control, live wisely, and have a good reputation. He must enjoy having guests in his home, and he must be able to teach. He must not be a heavy drinker or be violent. He must be gentle, not quarrelsome, and not love money. He must manage his own family well, having children who respect and obey him. For if a man cannot manage his own household, how can he take care of God’s church?"

Bishop L. W. Francisco III is a man whose life’s work consists of living, teaching and preaching the principles of God’s Word in private with the Francisco family as well as in public as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Community Church (C3) in Hampton, VA, the Founder and President of Calvary Covenant Ministries and its churches in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Georgia and South Africa, and the President of the African-American Mennonite Association (AAMA) and its 51 constituent churches. His leadership, mentorship, executive administrative ability and counsel with those who receive from his tutelage, are invaluable and appreciated by all who know and love him.

It is a privilege to honor my husband, Pastor and spiritual covering as WOWW, LLC salutes Bishop L. W. Francisco III during the month of November, and particularly as he celebrates his 60th birthday on November 14. May God's favor rest upon him for his birthday and many more years beyond his imagination and expectations with the blessing of Isaiah 11:2-4 as "the Spirit of the Lord will rest on him - the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the LORD. He will delight in obeying the LORD. He will not judge by appearance nor make a decision based on hearsay. He will give justice to the poor and make fair decisions for the exploited." Happy 60th birthday Bishop!

An Endorsement of WOWWI's 8-Week Sessions by LaMarse A. Webb

LaMarse A. Webb registered for and participated in two eight-week courses offered by the Women of Worth and Worship Institute: "Wisdom for Women of Worth and Worship," and "A Woman's Journal for Joyful Living." WOWWI shares questions asked and LaMarse’s responses as submitted on an assessment survey indicated below.

WOWWI: Did the WOWWI session for which you registered meet your expectations?
LaMarse: Yes. This session met my expectations and gave me the motivation to complete the assignments and believe in positive outcomes that I seek and desire.

WOWWI: How would you rate the overall effectiveness of the WOWWI session in terms of content shared? Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor, or Needs Improvement?
LaMarse: Dr. Natalie extends her transparency by giving a personal account of life stories she disclosed in her book; then shares how it may relate to the reader's personal growth and cites biblical passages and principles on each topic.

WOWWI: Is there anything that Dr. Natalie should have shared in this session that was not discussed?
LaMarse: Dr. Natalie covered everything written in her text "...precept upon precept, line upon line..." (Isaiah 28:10)
